Regional treats, classic dishes and special delights, tailored to the seasons – let our kitchen team at the Stegerbräu in Radstadt pleasantly surprise you. There is something here to suit every taste.


The culinary combinations from Salzburg and Styria are real favourites such as the Cordon Bleu with smoked Styria meat and Lungau mountain cheese. The timeless classic of the Stegerbräu  cuisine is the deep fried chicken, served with potato-corn salad in a pumpkin seed oil dressing. Filet steaks or Burgers, just dishes for the small appetite or sweet desserts. According to the season, there are our Today’s special, seasonal treats or recommendations of our head chef in offer.

General Opening Times & Reservations

Depending on the season, opening times may sometimes change a little bit and there also may be a day-off during season. We try to keep you informed on our page “Table reservation”. 

Do we have to make up a table reservation? A table reservation is principally recommended and helps us to prepare ourselves better for your visit.

Specials in the Stegerbräu

Spend a truly different evening at the Stegerbräu with our Fondue evenings. Ideal for special occaisions, celebrations or family get togethers as well as those who appreciate good food. These special cook-at-the-table meal is available only if they are prebooked at least a day in advance and for groups of at least 4 people. Fondue can not be served on Christmas Eve.

Fondue „Chinoise“ … the classic way to spend a social evening

  • A Fondue pot sits in the middle of the table
  • Small pieces of meat – beef, pork and turkey are attatched to the fondue forks and then dipped in the hot soup to sizzle and cook
  • The following come with your Fondue: homemade sauces, jacket potatoes with sour-cream topping, french fries, salad and garlic bread
  • Price per adult  € 19,50 / per child up to 12 years: € 12,00

Christmas & New Years eve

For Christmas we offer a special Festive Menu and kitchen until 08.00 pm.  On New Years Eve you can dine à la carte from our menu. We kindly ask to make up your reservation for a table on the 24th of December and as well on New Years Eve .
