If you enjoy starting the day with a leisurely breakfast, Radstadt offers something truly special: Julies Breakfast at the Stegerbräu combines culinary variety with a cosy atmosphere and a contemporary feel-good setting that goes far beyond the classic breakfast table.
Autumn 2025 marked the beginning of a new chapter for breakfast lovers. The former wine lounge was lovingly redesigned and reopened as Julie’s Living Room – a place where breakfast, café culture and a stylish lounge come together. Elegant interiors, plenty of comfort and warm hospitality create an inviting space made for lingering.
Julies Breakfast for Hotel Guests and À-la-Carte Visitors
Everything that made our breakfast tradition so special remains – now refreshed with a new style and thoughtful new touches. The classic combination of generous regional products, freshly prepared egg dishes and a wide selection of drinks continues to form the heart of the offer. New additions include:
- a modern area for warm breakfast dishes and egg specialities
- a newly designed coffee station
- additional seating areas and cosy corners
- tea, hot chocolate and juices have found a lovely new home
Together, these newly designed spaces create a relaxed and inviting breakfast experience.
Breakfast drinks available at the buffet for self-service – from coffee, tea and hot chocolate to a variety of juices – are included without limit in the breakfast offer.
Special drinks as well as Prosecco or Frizzante can be ordered from Julie’s drinks menu. The à-la-carte breakfast price includes one glass of Prosecco, and of course you are always welcome to contact us with any special requests.

Julie’s Living Room – A New Lounge Atmosphere
One of the highlights of this new breakfast experience is undoubtedly Julie’s Living Room. With its welcoming living-room feel, this special space offers not only breakfast enjoyment, but also serves as a charming café meeting spot throughout the morning.
Julies Breakfast is served daily from 7.00 am to 10.30 am – for both hotel guests and à-la-carte visitors.
Until 12 noon, you are also welcome to drop by Julie’s Living Room without a breakfast reservation. Whether for a relaxed chat with friends or a quiet moment with a good book, you are sure to find the perfect accompaniment in Julie’s drinks menu.
After breakfast hours, the living room transforms into an exclusive retreat for our hotel guests. With cosy seating, lounge-style charm and a self-service drinks fridge (available at an extra charge), it becomes a place of relaxation and comfort well into the evening.
Julie’s Breakfast – Perfect on the Terrace in Summer
During the warm summer months, the terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast outdoors in the fresh mountain air.
From here, you can take in lovely views of the Kemahdhöhe as well as the surrounding mountains and rolling hills.
The breakfast terrace is located at the rear of the building, directly adjoining Julie’s Breakfast restaurant.
The terrace is accessible from outside at ground level. Julie’s Breakfast restaurant itself is reached via a few steps.
