Regional treats, classic dishes and special delights, tailored to the seasons – let our kitchen team at the Stegerbräu in Radstadt pleasantly surprise you. There is something here to suit every taste.
The culinary combinations from Salzburg and Styria are real favourites such as the Cordon Bleu with smoked Styria meat and Lungau mountain cheese. The timeless classic of the Stegerbräu cuisine is the deep fried chicken, served with potato-corn salad in a pumpkin seed oil dressing. Filet steaks or just dishes for the small appetite or sweet desserts – enjoy our kitchen daily from 11.00 am to 09.00 pm. In the time between 02.00 and 05.00 pm we serve dishes from our afternoon card.
According to the season, there are our Today’s special, seasonal treats or recommendations of our head chef in offer.
Christmas and New Year
For Christmas we offer a special Festive Menu and kitchen until 08.00 pm. For the New Years Eve on 31st of December we offer dishes from a special New Years Menu to choose à la carte. This card replaces the other menus.
We kindly ask to make up your reservation for a table on the 24th of December and as well on New Years Eve .

Specials in the Stegerbräu
Spend a truly different evening at the Stegerbräu with our Fondue evenings. Ideal for special occaisions, celebrations or family get togethers as well as those who appreciate good food. These special cook-at-the-table meal is available only if they are prebooked at least a day in advance and for groups of at least 4 people. Fondue can not be served on Christmas Eve.
Fondue „Chinoise“ … the classic way to spend a social evening
- A Fondue pot sits in the middle of the table
- Small pieces of meat – beef, pork and turkey are attatched to the fondue forks and then dipped in the hot soup to sizzle and cook
- The following come with your Fondue: homemade sauces, jacket potatoes with sour-cream topping, french fries, salad and garlic bread
- Price per person: € 19,50
General Opening Times & Reservations
Our kitchen is principally open from 11am to 9pm. In the time between 2.00pm to 5.00pm we serve dishes form the afternoon-card. The Café at the Gasthof Stegerbräu opens from 7.30 am.
